公司表示，本次回购基于2025年6月26日通过的购回授权展开，授权可回购股份总数为274,470,604股。截至目前，已累计回购51,234,000股，约占授权通过当日已发行股本的1.8666%。公司确认本次交易严格遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法例。
