香港联交所上市公司力宝华润(新)(00156)3月25日发布盈利警告称，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得股东应占综合亏损约0.6亿港元，较上一年度的亏损6.84亿港元显著收窄，降幅约91%。
公告显示，本年度关键财务变动情况如下： 1. 按公平值计入损益的金融工具预计由上一年度的公平值亏损净额0.63亿元，转为录得约0.04亿元的公平值收益净额； 2. 预计本年度将拨回1.04亿元超额税项拨备，而上一年度仅拨回0.01亿元； 3. 2024年确认的诉讼和解款项为3.86亿元； 4. 其他经营开支同比减少。
公司董事会强调，上述数据基于现有资料的初步评估，未经核数师审核。力宝华润(新)计划于2026年3月31日公布2025财政年度全年业绩。
