On January 7, 2026, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ou Ya Qi Wu Ji, entered into a construction agreement with the contractor, Guangzhou Zhonghao Construction Group Co., Ltd., for the building and renovation of a production facility. Under the terms of the construction agreement, the contractor will provide building and renovation services for the production plant, which includes the construction of a new facility for manufacturing daily chemical products, plastic goods, and aerosol products, along with safety upgrades. The total contract value payable by Ou Ya Qi Wu Ji to the contractor under the construction agreement is RMB 34.8 million.
