Soon Hock Enterprise Holdings Limited announced on Feb, 2 2026 that it expects to report a significant improvement in revenue and net profit for the full year ended Dec, 31 2025 compared with the previous year.

The anticipated uplift is largely due to the partial Temporary Occupation Permit obtained on Dec, 11 2025 for its industrial development, Stellar@Tampines, which allowed the company to recognise sales revenue after eligible customers for Levels 1 to 8 received their Notices of Vacant Possession.

The group had no comparable completed industrial development project in 2024. Soon Hock Enterprise plans to release its unaudited FY2025 results on or around Feb, 23 2026 and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading its shares.
