2026年6月8日，康哲药业(00867)公告称，于香港联交所场内回购普通股101.00万股，占该公司当日回购前已发行股本约0.0415%。每股回购价介乎每股港币10.18元至10.45元之间，本次回购总金额约为1,043.81万港元。
回购完成后，公司于2026年6月8日的已发行股本由2,435,441,512股减少至2,434,431,512股，同时公司库存股数量由4,087,000股增至5,097,000股。购回授权已于2026年4月23日获得通过，授权购回股份总数为243,952,851股。目前公司已在包括本交易所在内的证券交易所合计购回5,097,000股。
公司确认，本次回购已遵守香港联合交易所《上市规则》及相关法例的规定。公告由公司秘书吴三燕代表董事会签署。
