Air China Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 August 2026 to review and approve the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The meeting will also address other routine matters.
The notice, issued on 14 August 2026 by Company Secretary Xiao Feng in Beijing, confirms that the session will involve the full board, including Chairman Liu Tiexiang and eight other directors—five executive and four independent non-executive members.
The forthcoming disclosure of first-half 2026 results will provide updated insights into Air China’s operational and financial performance during a period marked by ongoing industry recovery and competitive pressures. The approved interim report is expected to be released subsequent to the board meeting, in line with Hong Kong listing requirements.
