Planet Fitness管理层在与Jefferies分析师举行的炉边谈话中透露,公司已修改其“一键取消”广告策略,因原先的宣传方式意外导致更多会员选择退订。这项最初于2025年春季推出的营销活动,曾以“足不出户轻松取消会籍”为卖点吸引潜在客户。目前广告措辞已调整为强调“无合约会员制”的承诺自由性。

首席财务官Jay Stasz指出,原版广告可能无意间提醒了消费者取消会籍的选项,而随着宣传话术的调整,会员流失率已呈现下降趋势。该公司同时正投资开发基于人工智能的预测性流失模型,旨在更精准预测取消趋势并减少潜在损失。
