On August 28, 2026, Longling Capital Ltd acquired 430.00 million shares of CAI CORP by way of subscription of new shares at an average price of HKD 0.33 per share, involving about HKD 141.90 million. The transaction was executed pursuant to a share subscription agreement between the company and Longling Capital Ltd dated 29 May 2026.
Prior to the acquisition, Longling Capital Ltd's long position in CAI CORP was 1.33 billion shares, representing 61.07%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 1.76 billion shares, with the long position ratio rising to 67.49%.
