In the second episode of Luo Yonghao's podcast "Luo Yonghao's Crossroads," He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of XPeng Inc., candidly admitted that he actually has a hot temper, but has learned to restrain himself after encountering numerous problems due to his explosive nature, constantly reminding himself not to be so impulsive.

He revealed that during his first startup venture, he kept a note on his desk for an extended period that read: "If you want to scold him, scold him tomorrow." In over 90% of cases, he would feel the next day that the person actually didn't deserve to be scolded.

"I acknowledge that my character isn't good, but after experiencing many things and constant self-reflection, I can often control myself," He Xiaopeng said.
