隔夜美股闪迪涨超9%，再创历史新高。存储器大厂美光表示，晶圆厂扩建缓慢，以及客户繁复的认证流程，都让存储器当前短缺局面不太可能在2028年前得到缓解。摩根士丹利报告指出，2026年1月，头部企业对DDR4采购态度积极，受供应限制，其一季度价格涨幅可能达50%，涨势将延续至二季度；而产能向DDR4转移，也导致高密度DDR3严重短缺，带动相关供应商业绩增长。
公开资料显示，兆易创新NORFlash、SLCNANDFlash产品2024年市场份额均为中国内地第一；利基型DRAM2024年市场份额中国内地第二。光大证券此前研报指出，兆易创新是国内利基型存储领先企业，受益于存储周期上行带来的量价提升，公司多元的产品布局有望进一步打开增量空间。
