根据香港《上市规则》14.07条计算，单次交易的各项百分比率均未超过5%，惟与前述两次购债合并计算后，其中一项百分比率超过5%但低于25%，故整体交易被界定为须予披露交易，需履行公告义务但豁免股东批准。
