凌雄科技(02436)于2026年7月14日公告，基于此前获得的回购授权，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股合计120,000股，占回购前已发行股本约0.0344%。每股回购价格介乎每股港币20.56元至21.85元，本次交易合共耗资约港币251.87万元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量由348,572,400股减少至348,452,400股，同时库存股份数由4,686,600股增加至4,806,600股。
本次回购的股份由公司于2026年6月5日通过的购回授权支持，该授权赋予公司最多可回购35,057,910股股份的权限。公告显示，截至本次回购前，公司已根据购回授权在联交所等渠道合计回购2,126,700股，占授权批准当日已发行股本的约0.6066%。
公司同时确认，本次回购严格遵守香港联交所《主板上市规则》及相关法律规定。公告由公司秘书刘炎签署。
