Five State-Owned Conglomerates Announce Board Appointments and Departures

The governing bodies of several major centrally-administered state-owned enterprises have announced recent shifts in their external director lineups, reflecting a broader pattern of boardroom refreshment across key industrial sectors.

Specifically, China National Nuclear Corporation has appointed Chen Guoqing as an external director, according to an official statement following a review process.

Meanwhile, China North Industries Group Corporation has brought in Qiu Shuilu as an external director. This change also sees Su Wensheng concluding his tenure as an external director with the group.

In a parallel move, China Rongtong Asset Management Group has welcomed Xiong Mingfeng and Fu Zhuoyang to its external director roster. Concurrently, Liu Renxian has stepped down from his external director position at the company.

Additionally, China Minmetals Corporation has appointed Ding Chuanxi as an external director, and China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited has added Yang Yuanjiang to its external director team. These appointments and terminations took effect following the respective corporate governance assessments.
