渣打集团（股份代号：02888）于2026年5月21日发布翌日披露报表，宣布于2026年5月20日合共回购普通股79.5万股，约占公司现有已发行股本的0.036%。本次回购分别通过伦敦证券交易所、CBOE BXE及CBOE CXE进行，单股回购价格区间为每股18.74英镑至19.35英镑，合共付出金额约1,512.53万英镑。由于相关股份尚未注销，公司截至2026年5月20日的已发行股本仍为2,209,270,427股，库藏股数量为零。
本次回购基于公司2026年5月7日通过的购回授权，该授权允许公司回购最多221,634,387股普通股。自该特别决议案通过以来，渣打集团已累计回购7,056,642股，占决议案通过时已发行股本总数的0.3184%，仍有较大授权余额可用。公司确认本次交易符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的各项规定。公告由助理公司秘书黄蓉签署。
