归创通桥于2026年7月14日公告显示，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购股份5.9万股，占该公司回购前已发行股本约0.0178%。回购价格区间为每股19港元至19.57港元，合计支付金额114.63万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份由3.23662613亿股减少至3.23603613亿股，库藏股增至1274.7131万股，总股本维持3.36350744亿股不变。
公告同时披露，公司购回授权于2026年5月13日获通过，可回购股份的总数为3271.5311万股。截至本次回购前，公司已累计回购股份360.05万股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本约1.075%。本次回购后，公司需要遵守的任何新股发行或再出售库藏股的暂止期截至2026年8月13日。
公司表示，此次回购过程已符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规范。公告由公司董事赵中签署。
