WONDERFUL SKY (01260) announced that on September 18, 2025, the company was notified by its broker that pursuant to the Kaisa restructuring with an effective date of September 15, 2025, the company has received the new Kaisa portfolio obtained from the exchange of old Kaisa notes under the Kaisa notes exchange. The company has not paid or received, and will not pay or receive, any cash consideration in respect of the Kaisa notes exchange.
