FIRST CREDIT (08215): Requests Review of GEM Listing Committee’s Decision

FIRST CREDIT (08215) announced that, according to Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules, the company is entitled to submit a request for the GEM Listing Review Committee to review the delisting decision within seven business days from the date of the delisting notice (i.e., on or before October 15, 2025). If the company opts not to request a review, the deadline for listing will be October 20, 2025, and the shares will be delisted starting from 9:00 AM on October 21, 2025. On October 14, 2025, the company submitted a written request to the GEM Review Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to review the delisting decision in accordance with Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules.
