中关村科技租赁股份有限公司（“公司”）于2026年3月3日发布截至2026年2月28日的证券变动月报表。公告显示，公司在本报告期内未进行新增股份发行、股份回购、注销或库存股变动，股本结构保持稳定。
公司注册股本方面，内资股为1,121,768,000股，H股为493,334,000股，截至2月底，注册股本合计为1,615,102,000股，与上月底持平。从已发行及流通情况来看，内资股和H股数量均无变动。截至2026年2月28日，公司已符合香港联交所相关规则所要求的公众持股量。
公告同时说明，本报告期内无任何股份期权、可换股票据、权证或其他协议安排的变动信息。截至月末，公司股本总数维持不变，管理层确认遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。
