On 25 September 2026, Wai Chi Holdings Company Limited, a Cayman Islands-incorporated company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), released a formal notice to non-registered shareholders confirming the publication of its 2026 Interim Report.

The company advised that both the English and Chinese versions of the Interim Report are now accessible online through its corporate website (www.waichiholdings.com) and the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to review the document via these electronic channels.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online report—or who prefer hard copies—may obtain printed versions of the current and all future corporate communications at no cost. To do so, investors must complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can be submitted by post using a prepaid mailing label (stamp-free within Hong Kong) or via email to 1305-ecom@vistra.com.

Future notifications of corporate communication releases will be sent by email or post only if the shareholder’s intermediary—bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Ltd.—has provided the investor’s contact details to the company. Investors are therefore urged to supply functional email addresses to their intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of electronic notices. Absent such details, no notification will be dispatched.

The preference for printed communications will remain in effect until the shareholder issues a written change instruction to the registrar or until 31 December 2026, whichever comes first.
