港股山高控股（00412）周一盘中大涨22.32%，延续上周五暴跌后的反弹走势，引发市场广泛关注。截至发稿，该股报3.86港元，成交额1533.96万港元。
此前，山高控股股价出现剧烈波动。上周五，该股暴跌76%。针对股价异常波动，公司于9月19日发布公告表示，除了此前在9月18日发布的关于股权高度集中的公告所述事宜外，未发现导致股份出现股价及成交量异常变动的任何原因。公司强调，集团业务运营维持正常，且业务运营及财务状况并无重大变动。
值得注意的是，香港证监会此前指出山高控股股权高度集中，称仅7.54%股份由其他股东持有。对此，山高控股回应称，截至9月1日及公告日期，公司已发行股份至少25%由公众持有，能够遵守联交所证券上市规则项下的公众持股量规定。同时，公司宣布了一项回购计划，拟回购不超过1亿美元的股份，这可能是提振投资者信心的一个因素。
