M&G Investment Management Limited reported purchasing 22,000 shares at a price of $10.6068 per share, increasing its holding to a resultant balance of 31,721,000 shares, representing 13.9794% of the issued share class.
M&G Investment Management Limited is a Class (6) associate connected with the Offeree company, and the dealings were executed for the account of discretionary investment clients. M&G Investment Management Limited is ultimately owned by M&G Plc.
