Multiple industry analysis institutions forecast that this adjustment will likely result in a price reduction. It is anticipated that the prices for gasoline and diesel will see a significant drop tonight, decreasing by between 0.39 yuan and 0.47 yuan per liter.

Based on the current projected decrease, after tonight's price adjustment, filling a 50-liter tank with 92-octane gasoline is expected to save consumers approximately 21 yuan.
