近日市场流传消息称，英伟达下一代AI服务器集群Rubin NVL72为缓解供应链压力，将单机柜内存容量由原规划的55TB下调至28TB，并改用96GB SOCAMM内存模块替代192GB版本。受相关消息影响，内存板块承压，美光科技周四收跌近8%，SK海力士周五一度大跌近10%。
不过，发布相关研究的SemiAnalysis创始人兼CEO兼首席分析师Dylan Patel随后出面澄清称，市场对报告内容存在误读。他表示，不少人在转发过程中忽略了报告的大部分核心内容，而原始研报本身也并未使用类似“英伟达大砍内存配置”等吸引眼球的表述。
市场人士认为，目前关于Rubin平台最终内存配置、量产节奏及对HBM需求的实际影响仍存在较大不确定性，投资者或需等待更多官方信息及产业链验证。
