Hong Kong – Zhong Ju Investment Group Limited disclosed that its controlling shareholder, MSINT LTD, intends to reduce its ownership by as much as 159.00 million shares—equivalent to no more than 30% of the company’s total issued share capital—through a placing to independent third parties within the next three months.

MSINT LTD currently holds 376.92 million shares, representing 71.12% of Zhong Ju Investment Group’s outstanding equity. Even after the proposed disposal, MSINT LTD will retain majority control, and the transaction will not trigger a change of control or alter the company’s governance structure.

According to the announcement, the share sale is driven by MSINT LTD’s personal financing needs. Proceeds will be applied to living expenses or unspecified investment purposes. The shareholder reaffirmed confidence in Zhong Ju Investment Group’s long-term prospects.
