On 28 October 2025, Yuexiu Property Company Limited (00123), through its 95.475%-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Xinyue Property Development Co., Ltd., won a bid for a land parcel located in Dashi Subdistrict, Panyu District, Guangzhou, at a total consideration of RMB1,194,000,000.
The site covers approximately 29,777 square meters, with a planned total gross floor area of roughly 114,771 square meters and a plot ratio accountable gross floor area of about 77,419 square meters. The land is designated for residential use, with the future properties intended for sale. Under planning requirements, supplementary construction of roads and green spaces, spanning at least 6,459.6 square meters and 2,591.81 square meters respectively, is required, and ownership of these facilities will be transferred to the relevant government department without cost upon completion.
Located near Xinguang Expressway and Nanda Trunk Highway, the land parcel is approximately 700 meters from Dashi Station of Metro Line 3 and Dashi East Station of the Guangzhou East Ring Intercity Railway, providing convenient access to major areas such as Zhujiang New Town, Pazhou, and Guangzhou South Railway Station. According to the announcement, the acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy of expanding its quality land bank and strengthening its market presence in Guangzhou.
