Asia Cement (China) Holdings Corporation announced that the English and Chinese versions of three key documents—the FY2025 Annual Report, a shareholder Circular and the accompanying Form of Proxy dated 29 April 2026—have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.achc.com.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Hsu Shu-tong, “strongly recommends” shareholders and investors to access the web-based versions. Non-registered holders who experience difficulty viewing the online files, or who prefer hard copies, may complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The company will dispatch printed copies free of charge.

Shareholders holding their shares through CCASS participants (banks, brokers, custodians or nominees) can elect to receive future corporate communications electronically by providing a functional e-mail address to their intermediaries. Until such details are supplied, publication notices will be sent in paper form only.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00. The notification does not contain financial performance figures; investors should refer to the released Annual Report for full year results and audited accounts.
