China Baowu and China Life Insurance Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On the morning of September 30th, China Baowu and China Life Insurance Company Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Baowu Building. Hu Wangming, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Baowu, and Cai Xiliang, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Life Insurance Company Limited, witnessed the signing ceremony and held discussions on topics including further deepening strategic cooperation and jointly creating a benchmark for industry-finance cooperation among state-owned central enterprises.

China Baowu is a state-owned capital investment company, while China Life Insurance Company Limited is an important institutional investor in China's capital market. The two parties have carried out multiple collaborations in insurance, annuities, investment and financing, banking, public funds and other fields, achieving positive results. In the future, they will move forward hand in hand and achieve win-win cooperation in the process of building world-class enterprises.

Both parties unanimously expressed that they will take this strategic cooperation agreement signing as an opportunity to focus on the "five major financial articles," actively enhance the quality and effectiveness of financial services for the real economy, leverage their significant complementary advantages, further deepen industry-finance cooperation and financial synergy, and promote mutual benefit and high-quality development for both parties.

Li Lina, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of China Baowu, and Huang Benyao, Party Committee Member and Vice President of China Life Insurance Company Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. Qin Tiehan, Board Secretary and Office Director of China Baowu, along with relevant personnel from business centers, headquarters functional departments, and subsidiaries of both China Baowu and China Life Insurance Company Limited, participated in the discussions.
