Steed Oriental (Holdings) Company Limited (“STEEDORIENTAL”) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 July 2026, indicating a steady capital structure with full compliance to listing requirements.

At month-end, authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued share capital also stayed flat at 262.47 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during the month.
