新丝路文旅(472)将于2026年2月26日上午10时在香港轩尼诗道288号英皇集团中心6楼606室召开股东特别大会，主要议程包括审议更名特别决议案，拟将英文名称由“New Silkroad Culturaltainment Limited”更改为“New Silkroad Holding Group Limited”，并采用中文名称“新丝路控股集团有限公司”作为第二名称。该动议须获百慕达公司注册处处长批准并登记后生效。
大会将安排就委任代表及股东权益等事项投票。股东名册将于2026年2月23日至2月26日暂停过户登记。届时将以投票表决形式通过特别决议案，结果以现场表决为准。
