ALCO HOLDINGS (00328) announced that as of the record date, a total of 45,822,700 rights shares were offered under the rights issue. The board disclosed that by the deadline for acceptance at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 27, 2025, it had received 11 valid acceptances, covering an aggregate of 7,496,500 rights shares, representing approximately 16.36% of the total shares offered. Consequently, the under-subscribed portion amounted to 38,326,200 rights shares, accounting for about 83.64% of the total offering. These shares will be handled in accordance with the compensation arrangement.
