本年度信息
京维集团有限公司（下称“京维集团”）发布2025财年报告显示，公司本期营收约人民币7,090万元，同比下降约0.75%。经调整净亏损约人民币500万元，相较上年同期的亏损逾900万元有明显收窄。
毛利率方面，本期录得毛利约人民币2,020万元，毛利率约28.5%，与上一财年的28.3%相比有所提升。经营活动所用现金流净额约为人民币846.8万元（负数），较去年同期的1,705.7万元（负数）有约五成改善。管理费用在营收中占比略有下降。
业务分项
物业管理及相关服务是京维集团主要收入来源。报告期收入轻微下滑的原因，主要来自部分物管项目管理费收取的贡献减少；而徐州及深圳等物业管理区域整体保持稳定。车位销售收入的占比小幅波动，主要因今年库存车位逐步减少。
