本报讯 2026年8月7日，海伟股份（09609）发布盈利警告称，公司初步估计，截至2026年6月30日止六个月录得本公司拥有人应占溢利约3.6百万元至7.4百万元，较2025年同期的36.9百万元减少约80.0%至90.0%。\n\n公告显示，业绩下降主要受两方面因素影响：\n1. 毛利减少：受国内市场竞争加剧影响，公司主要产品平均售价下调，预计导致本期毛利较2025年同期减少约19.9百万元至23.7百万元。\n2. 外汇亏损扩大：2026年上半年人民币兑港元升值，叠加公司首次公开发行所得款项的汇兑影响，预计外汇亏损较上年同期增加约12.5百万元至13.5百万元。\n\n董事会同时表示，尽管面临上述挑战，公司核心电容器薄膜产品在报告期内销量较上年同期略有增长，且自2026年5月起产品售价已出现回升迹象。\n\n海伟股份称，目前中期业绩仍在编制中，相关数据未经审计，最终中期业绩公告预计将于2026年8月底前发布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股票时保持审慎。
