上述交易完成后，公司已发行股份总数增至215,056,116股，库藏股数增至2,856,600股，总股本为217,912,716股。根据公告，公司于2025年6月25日获得的股份购回授权可回购最多21,739,953股；截至此次回购，公司累计回购2,525,050股，约占授权通过当日已发行股本的1.1615%。
公司确认已遵守香港上市规则及相关法律法规，所有购回及发行事宜均经董事会批准并符合适用规定。
