中国秦发（股票代码：00866）于2026年6月3日发布截至2026年5月31日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，截至本月末，公司法定注册股本仍为20,000,000,000股普通股（面值每股0.1港元），对应总额为2,000,000,000港元，较上月底无变化；已发行股份及库存股数量合计2,627,413,985股，亦保持不变。
