1. 扬州市广陵区泰和农村小额贷款股份有限公司（泰和小贷，01915）8月31日在港交所公告称，由于2024年度业绩、2025年中期业绩及2025年度业绩的编制及刊发工作尚未完成，公司无法在《上市规则》第13.49(6)条及第13.48(1)条规定的时限内披露截至2026年6月30日止六个月之中期业绩公告，并向股东寄发该期间的中期报告。
2. 公司将于适当时候就2026年中期业绩及中期报告另行刊发公告。
3. 按公司要求，泰和小贷股份自2025年4月1日9时正起在联交所暂停买卖。股份将继续暂停交易，直至公司履行全部复牌指引并另行公告。
4. 公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，在买卖公司股份时务请审慎行事。
5. 截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括三名执行董事田真庸、黄敏及张卓；一名非执行董事鲁齐；以及三名独立非执行董事孔庆文、张秀莲及陈文骏。
