MBV International Limited announced a refreshed board structure, effective 1 April 2026. The eight-member board will be led by Executive Director Dato’ Tan Meng Seng as Chairman and Executive Director Dato’ Tan Mein Kwang as Chief Executive Officer. Other executive directors include Mr. Tan Beng Sen and Datin Kong Siew Peng.

Non-executive oversight is provided by Ms. Hou Yanli, while three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Chui Sin Heng, Mr. Au Wing Yuen and Mr. Yu Cheeric—enhance governance and committee independence.

Committee leadership has been reassigned: • Audit Committee – chaired by Ms. Chui Sin Heng with Mr. Au Wing Yuen and Mr. Yu Cheeric as members. • Remuneration Committee – chaired by Mr. Au Wing Yuen with Ms. Chui Sin Heng and Mr. Yu Cheeric as members. • Nomination Committee – chaired by Mr. Yu Cheeric with Ms. Chui Sin Heng and Mr. Au Wing Yuen as members.
