Edvance International Holdings Limited has announced that the 2025/2026 Annual Report and the 2025/2026 Environmental, Social and Governance Report are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.edvanceintl.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed corporate communications will find hard copies of the newly issued documents enclosed with the notification letter dated 22 July 2026.

The company is encouraging shareholders to shift to electronic dissemination. Investors who have not yet provided a functional email address and wish to receive future notifications electronically can complete and return the reply form to Union Registrars Limited by email (1410-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk), post, or hand delivery.

For actionable corporate communications—materials that require shareholder instructions—Edvance International will send electronic versions to those with valid email addresses. If no email address is on record, printed copies will continue to be dispatched along with a request form soliciting email details for future use.

Shareholders may request printed copies of the current reports at any time, free of charge, by contacting the Hong Kong share registrar. Telephone enquiries can be directed to (852) 2849 3399 during office hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
