君实生物 (01877)午后涨超5% 第三大股东减持计划期满未减持 持股比例保持5.79%
消息面上，君实生物此前发布公告称，第三大股东上海檀英投资合伙企业计划在2026年1月13日至4月10日期间减持不超过总股本2%的股份。最新公告显示，截至减持计划期满，上海檀英未减持任何股份，其持股比例仍维持在5.7914%。
值得注意的是，君实生物近期发布年度业绩，全年实现营业收入24.98亿元，同比增长28.23%，核心产品特瑞普利单抗销售收入也实现了超40%的增长。截至报告披露日，特瑞普利单抗已在中国内地获批12项适应症，全部纳入国家医保目录，并已在中美欧等全球40多个国家和地区获得批准上市。
