港通控股公布2026年截至6月30日的中期业绩，期内公司实现营收4.37亿港元，相比2025年同期的4.56亿港元下降约4.1%。经调整净利润为4.04亿港元，相比去年同期的5.19亿港元下降约22.1%。经营活动所得现金净额为0.70亿港元，对比2025年同期的0.45亿港元大幅提升约55.8%。
从成本结构来看，直接成本及营业费用约1.49亿港元，与上年同期相比变动幅度较小；销售及推广费用约0.16亿港元，同比提升约4.5%；行政及公司费用约1.04亿港元，同比增幅约1.2%。
业务分项
1. 驾驶学校业务 报告期内驾驶培训课程的收入及完成课时量略有下降，但经营成本有所上升，拖累了该板块的盈利表现。
2. 电子道路收费业务 主要受高速公路收费模式转换及支付工具业务调整影响，收入端及利润贡献出现波动。不过，公司对电子道路收费及智慧城市解决方案的长期发展仍抱有信心。
3. 财务管理与投资 在外部市场波动的背景下，投资组合整体维持多元化。上市股本证券和非上市基金均录得一定的公允价值波动，公司现金储备充足，流动性状况稳健。
