中国医疗集团有限公司（08225）10月2日晚间在联交所披露内幕消息称，其附属公司就一项仲裁裁决提出的撤销申请已被法院驳回。该仲裁裁决现已成为终局裁决，对双方均具约束力。公司强调，无需就该仲裁事项承担任何付款义务。
公司表示，涉事的历史应收账款此前已在相关财务报告中作出审慎处理，此次裁决结果未对公司财务状况造成额外重大不利影响。目前公司主营业务运营正常。
中国医疗集团指出，将继续严格依照监管要求，及时、准确履行信息披露义务，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
董事会现由两名执行董事郭夏、郭瑞萌，一名非执行董事张丽，以及三名独立非执行董事伍霜駟、郭彤、刘娜组成。
