微泰医疗器械（杭州）股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）（02235）于2026年2月16日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司当日于香港联交所场内回购10,800股H股股份，占本次回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）的0.0065%。本次回购的每股价格介乎7.26港元至7.35港元，总金额约78,930港元。
本次股份回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）降至165,732,242股，库藏股增加至3,443,600股，总股本保持在169,175,842股。公司此前于2025年5月28日获得购回授权，授权可回购股份总数16,668,364股，截至目前已累计回购891,400股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.5348%。
公告同时确认，公司本次股份回购遵守相关上市规则和法律规定。上述公告由执行董事及联席公司秘书施永辉签署。
