Billion Industrial Holdings Limited (stock code 02299) released a next day disclosure return dated 26 January 2026, indicating the cancellation of 1,380,000 repurchased shares. As a result, the issued share capital declined from 2,112,452,000 shares to 2,111,072,000 shares.
