11月12日，次新股八马茶业反弹逾25%！自10月底挂牌以来股价经历剧烈波动，此前连续8个交易日下跌。
10月底，八马茶业在港交所上市。据悉，八马茶业是中国知名的茶叶供应商，产品全面覆盖中国六大品类茶叶以及茶具、茶食等非茶叶产品。按2024年高端茶叶销售收入计，公司位居全国第一。同时，按截至2024年12月31日茶叶连锁专卖店数量计，公司在中国茶叶供应商中排名第一；按2024年销售收入计，公司在中国乌龙茶和红茶市场亦排名第一。截至2024年，八马茶业的铁观音销售收入连续10余年位居全国第一；武夷岩茶销售收入连续5年位居全国第一；及红茶销售收入连续4年位居全国第一。
近期，八马茶业发布公告称，董事会已审议及批准实施H股全流通计划，并向中国证监会提交备案申请。该计划涉及11名股东所持有的3193.31万股内资股转换为H股，占公司已发行股份总数约37.57%。若获批实施，八马茶业流通股将从当前的5298.69万股增至8492万股，潜在流通量增幅达60%。
