Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 06868) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 18 March 2026, detailing the latest movements in its share capital and buy-back activity.

• Share capital status As at 18 March 2026, issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.08 billion ordinary shares. No new shares were issued during the reporting window.

• Latest on-market repurchase On 18 March 2026 the company repurchased 2,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$2.93 and HK$2.94, for a total consideration of HK$5,870. All shares bought back are earmarked for cancellation.

• Cumulative buy-backs awaiting cancellation Repurchases conducted between 29 December 2025 and 18 March 2026 that have not yet been cancelled now stand at 64,000 shares, equivalent to approximately 0.0059% of the current issued share base. The weighted-average repurchase price for this tranche is about HK$2.61 per share, translating into an aggregate outlay of roughly HK$0.17 million.

• Progress under existing mandate Since the 10% buy-back mandate was approved on 9 May 2025, Tenfu has acquired a total of 0.69 million shares, representing 0.0639% of the share count prevailing at the mandate date. The authorised limit under the mandate is 108.38 million shares.

• Moratorium on new issues In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Tenfu is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 17 April 2026, being 30 days after the latest repurchase.

The company confirmed that all repurchases were executed in compliance with the Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements.
