迷策略（02440）于2026年1月7日公布2025年12月股份变动月报。报告显示，截至2025年12月31日，公司法定注册股本维持在1,000,000,000股，每股面值为USD 0.01，总额为USD 10,000,000，未见变动。
\n\n本月公司通过配售/认购方式，于2025年12月19日按每股HKD 1.714发行49,049,824股普通股。经该项增发后，公司已发行股份总数由367,979,269股增至417,029,093股，当月无购回注销或库藏股变动。
\n\n报告指出，2025年10月31日采纳的“二零二五年受限制股份单位计划”现有36,797,926股额度，但12月并无因此计划增发新股。期内亦无股份期权、权证或可换股票据的发行为或变动。
\n\n截至2025年12月31日，迷策略已发行股份总数为417,029,093股。公司同时确认，其当月所有股份发行活动已严格遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及适用法律规定。
