Goldstream Investment Limited (Stock Code: 1328) announced additional details regarding its strategic cooperation with AnchorX Group Limited (AnchorX) and GoFintech Quantum Innovation Limited (GoFintech). The announcements were previously issued on 7 July 2025 and 26 August 2025, outlining the Company’s intention to explore cross-border payments, stablecoin applications, digital asset trading, and blockchain technology investments.

Goldstream completed the subscription of Series Pre-A Preferred Shares in AnchorX on 26 September 2025 through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Redpine Elite Limited. This transaction grants the Company a 5% equity interest in AnchorX (on an as-converted and fully diluted basis). The subscription fee was settled in cash using internal resources. According to the Company’s Board, this move is expected to deepen its collaboration with AnchorX and broaden the Company’s involvement in Web 3.0 and stablecoin initiatives.

Regarding the Company’s cooperation with GoFintech, both parties have entered into a strategic cooperation memorandum. GoFintech’s subsidiaries hold various licenses under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, which include asset management and securities dealings. The partnership explores real-world asset (RWA) tokenised products and projects, but no formal arrangements have been finalized. If licensed activities become necessary, the Company intends to seek all required approvals according to relevant regulations.

The Board states that these alliances mark the Company’s strategic entry into Web 3.0 and virtual assets. Management sees potential in stablecoins, RWA tokenisation, and the broader virtual-asset ecosystem, aiming to strengthen the Company’s market presence and diversify its investment portfolio.
