Kaisa Capital Investment Holdings Limited has disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Great Fortune Asia Pacific Limited, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with an unnamed but “leading global AI computing power provider.” The partnership aims to integrate Kaisa Capital’s shareholder resources, industry experience and regional distribution channels with the partner’s proprietary AI chip technology to jointly develop full-stack intelligent solutions.

Under the agreement, the two parties will collaborate on expanding domestic applications of locally developed AI chips, high-performance computing products and complementary solutions across both domestic and international industrial scenarios. By leveraging the partner’s next-generation AI computing platforms—characterized by high performance, low latency and cost efficiency—Kaisa Capital targets large-scale, practical deployment of physical AI technologies.

Management describes the cooperation as a “key initiative” in the group’s strategic transformation, positioning the venture as a potential new profit driver while helping to optimize the company’s existing business portfolio. The agreement was concluded on normal commercial terms following arm’s-length negotiations. Kaisa Capital confirmed that the technology partner and its ultimate beneficial owners are third-party entities independent of the company and its connected persons, meaning the transaction does not constitute a connected transaction under Hong Kong Listing Rules.

The board, chaired by Executive Director Kwok Ying Shing, considers the terms fair and in the interests of shareholders as a whole. Investors are advised to exercise caution when trading the company’s shares.
