骏利亨德森集团（ Janus Henderson，JHG）周二表示，Trian和General Catalyst已将对这家资产管理公司的收购报价提高至每股52美元。
这一新报价较Janus未受影响的股价溢价25%，并且较此前报价每股高出3美元。该举动正值与Victory Capital之间的高风险竞争之际，后者仍在继续推进对该公司的收购。
Janus表示：“Trian和General Catalyst在推进交易完成方面已经取得了显著进展，并且在满足所有未决条件方面拥有明确路径。”
持有Janus 20.7%股份的最大股东Trian，上周五曾对Victory Capital提高后的报价表示担忧。
