2026年7月6日，北控水务集团有限公司（00371）公告称，已完成面向合资格投资者发行的2026年度第四期中期票据。
本期中期票据发行规模为人民币12亿元，期限5年，将于2031年7月到期，票面利率为每年1.76%。募集资金将用于偿还境内公司债券及子公司贷款。

截至公告日，公司董事会由七名执行董事（熊斌、周敏、李海枫、李一宁、张文江、周雪燕、董涣樟）、一名非执行董事（袁建伟）及五名独立非执行董事（佘俊乐、郭锐、周安达源、戴晓虎、陈肇始）组成。
