海尔智家(06690)于2026年7月9日发布公告称，基于公司股权激励计划进行A股股份回购。根据公告显示，本次回购于2026年7月9日通过上海证券交易所完成，合计回购1,560,000股普通股，占回购前公司已发行股本的0.02557%。每股回购价格介乎人民币19.91元至20.20元，合计支付约3128.19万元人民币。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数量变更至6,100,378,625股，库藏股增加至152,649,786股，总发行股份数维持在6,253,028,411股。
公司确认，本次回购已获董事会正式授权，并已遵守相关上市规则及适用法律法规。本次公告由公司秘书伍志贤签署。
